Cancellation Policy

Life happens! I completely understand! To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, please review the policies below: • A deposit is required as a retainer for all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service total. Refundable Deposits • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Within 24 Hours • If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit is non-refundable. • Same-day reschedules are not allowed and will be treated as a cancellation. No-Shows • No-shows will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service total. • The deposit for the missed appointment is forfeited. Why These Policies Exist Last-minute changes and no-shows are extremely difficult to fill and directly impact my income and availability for other clients.
