Cancellation Policy
Life happens! I completely understand!
To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, please review the policies below:
• A deposit is required as a retainer for all appointments.
This deposit goes toward your service total.
Refundable Deposits
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations, Same-Day Changes & No-Shows
• Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedule requests, and no-shows will be charged 40% of the total scheduled service amount.
• Your deposit will be applied toward the 40% fee. You will only be charged the remaining balance needed to reach 40%. This is not an additional 40% charge on top of your deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Why These Policies Exist
Last-minute changes and no-shows are extremely difficult to fill and directly impact my income and availability for other clients. These policies help keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone. Thank you for respecting my time just as I respect yours! 🤍✨
